Summer is a great time to unplug, get out of the city, hang out with friends, and take vacations. Those are all important, but summer is also a great time to connect with our neighbors and serve our community!

Read MoreThis week in our PreK - 6th grade ministry, the kids learned about Paul's arrest and journey to be tried in Rome. Paul told the people in Ephesus that he had been like them; he used to arrest the believers and throw them into jail. But Jesus changed Paul! Paul explained how he became a believer and how Jesus told him to take the good news to the Gentiles. The next night, the Lord came to Paul and said, “Have courage! You told people about Me in Jerusalem. You must also tell people in Rome.” Meanwhile, the 2-3s started a new unit for May about God freeing His people from Pharaoh. God always wins!
