Understanding Slavery in the Bible

The Village, one of our partner churches, has written a short piece on slavery in the Bible called "Does the Bible Condone Slavery?". This resource will be very useful for our current sermon series in Exodus to help us understand the context for the enslavement of the Hebrew people under Pharaoh and later mentions of slavery in the Old and New Testament.
